WHO'S BEHIND IT
Sintaxis started in 2017 as a media consultancy. Today it builds the software and training its own clients kept asking for: a CRM built for the way people really sell over WhatsApp, automations that don't need an engineer to keep running, and courses that leave something working.
We use it first. Every system we sell runs first at the brands, newsrooms and schools we work with every day, and what we teach in our courses is exactly what we build. If it can't survive a real Monday, it doesn't ship.
We're based in Mexico and work in English and Spanish. Our product names stay in Spanish: IA is simply AI.
If you sell over WhatsApp or by phone and every client moves through stages (inquiry, visit, quote, close), yes. We run it for university admissions, clinics, real estate and vacation rentals. If your case is different, let's talk it through; we set up the stages with you.
It depends on the scope, which is why we don't publish a price list. What we do promise: after our first conversation, you get a proposal with a fixed price within three business days. A CRM for a small team costs less than losing two clients a month to missed follow-ups.

No. You need to know your process and have someone on your team to work with us. We handle the technical side, and training uses your real cases, not a manual.
In your own instance, at your own address (yourname.sintaxis.si), on servers with daily backups. Your data is yours; if you ever leave, you take it with you in a format you can open.
Yes. We work in English and Spanish, from the first call through training, so we're a natural fit for bilingual teams in the United States.
Yes. The whole process is remote, and we work with clients in several cities across Mexico and in the United States. For on-site workshops, we quote travel separately.
That's how most clients start. Usually it's the CRM or one specific automation, and the other lines come in when the team asks for them. All three are built to fit together, but none requires the others.
Sintaxis is Media Consulting Sintaxis S.A. de C.V., a company registered in Mexico. Every project is invoiced (CFDI for clients in Mexico), and we accept bank transfers.
